“The pleasures that are born of sense contacts are a source of suffering, they have a beginning and an end, O Arjuna. For this reason, the wise do not indulge in them”

Above simple two lines should etch in our minds like a reminder of every moment of our life,
often we indulge in actions, conversations, and habits to seek pleasure and happiness, which are always momentary, and indulging in them excessively can have devastating consequences.
