What is Positive Thinking
We make decisions based on our past experience, intuition, knowledge, analytical ability, and many more variables involved.
For a given situation, if we do not have prior experience then decision-making becomes difficult and our mind goes into deeper analysis and usually gives us two sides of the story.
Now it is our choice to select one side of the story and that becomes the decision for the given situation.
Here is the tricky part, we often have both positive and negative thoughts about the situation.
Do we need to stick to positive thoughts always? the tricky question right?
so where does this positive thinking approach needs to be applied?
It has to be applied to our conversations with others and to ourselves (Self Reflection)
