We often treat it as a part of our daily lives, I mean we suffer from it without being aware of it or not looking from an observer’s perspective.
When it happens, the mistake we make is not wearing an observer hat.
The moment you wear the observer hat, you start analyzing the root cause and being more aware of its cause and you will start work towards a permanent remedy towards it.
Sometimes suffering from emotional pain also becomes a habit, unless we encounter it head-on.
When it becomes a habit, then it starts hurting your well-being without you being aware.
