Are we dreaming all the time?

The energy of the universe got transformed into all of us human beings and all other material objects and life forms we see.

It is this energy and the creator of this energy can be defined as God.

The paradox is that this energy sees itself either as reality or a dream.

The process and mechanics of perceiving reality or dreams are the same.

The perceiver and perceived are the same.

It is this realization called Nirvana.

How to get this realization is the question that haunts us all the time and this is also a dream and thus the paradox again.
