Ayodhya Deepotsav created a new world record by lighting 22 lakh 23 thousand earthen lamps at the same time.

This record breaks the record of 19 lakh 25 thousand lamps set last year.

After the Shobha Yatra, a huge Deepotsav program was organized on the banks of the river Saryu. Lakhs of lamps are lit in this program, due to which the entire city of Ayodhya becomes illuminated with light.
