What psychological secret behind humans watching movies?
Most of the movies conceptually contain three character forms Hero, Heroine, and Villian.
when we watch a movie, if we are male, we subconsciously impose ourselves on the hero character, if we are female then on the heroine character.
It looks like it is the inner tendency to see ourselves as larger than life and escape from reality that makes us enjoy movies.
Fundamentally our reality in daily life does not have much dynamism and our minds demand more dynamism because our mind is like a whirlpool of thoughts all the time, and this mind craves another sphere of false reality to to keep itself in larger-than-life scenarios and satisfy our inner tendencies.
